Relief Ritual
Step 1 – Apply
Warm a small amount between your palms. Apply generously to the affected area using slow strokes towards the heart.
Step 2 – Glide
Use a gua sha tool at a gentle angle. Glide slowly along the muscles, 5–10 strokes per area.
Step 3 – Rest
Allow the cream to absorb fully. Avoid washing the area for 30 minutes.
Step 4 – Frequency
1–2 times daily for regular support. Up to 3 times daily after physical strain.
