Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- All products, including those purchased at a discounted or promotional price, are eligible for return or refund.
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with seals intact.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase
To facilitate a return or exchange, please provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice number.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@herblumi.com with your order ID, item name, and a photo of the item or parcel received. Our team will guide you through the process and verify eligibility.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow reasonable time for us to process your return and issue a refund. We aim to complete all refund requests within 7–14 working days once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Handling Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs related to our error.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind orders will be borne by the customer.
- For damaged or wrong items, Herblumi will bear all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
Herblumi currently operates within Malaysia and does not handle international returns or exchanges.
