This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Herblumi (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our website. It applies to all orders made within Malaysia.

Shipping Regions

Herblumi ships to all regions within Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

Shipping Fees

Standard Delivery:

• West Malaysia: RM 6.80 + SST
• East Malaysia: RM 14.00 + SST
• Self-Pickup: Available free of charge

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–10 working days for East Malaysia.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that deliveries may experience delays during long festive holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Attempts
